Why should I pay for a membership?

Our premium membership will more than pay for itself in amazing travel savings and it also includes many extra benefits. You will immediately receive access to wholesale rates on hotels, car rentals and cruises and also earn reward credits for every dollar you spend. You will also have the added benefit of sharing travel savings with friends and family and earn the most cash back rewards when they book. You will also earn reward credits when you shop online at 3,000 stores in our online shopper rewards section.

What type of travel savings benefits will my friends and family receive from me for free?

With just one click, you can send friends & family free member access to They will receive savings as much as 35% compared to rates published on popular travel sites.
For self-enrollment, can create a branded micro site where multiple guests/contacts can register for free. Through this process, you will get linked to each enrolled member you refer and get credited for when they book.

How do I earn reward credits when friends and family book?

You will earn 100x of your guests savings from their completed reservation in reward credits. For example, if you had 10 friends who book and each saved an average of $130, you would earn 10 (x) $130 (x) 100x = 130,000 reward credits. You can use 100% of your earned reward credits as payment toward travel ($1,300 travel credit) on OR get 50% ($650 in cash) in cash.

How much can I save and earn in cash-back savings with my premium membership?

Your membership entitles you access to travel rates that are up to 70% lower than what’s published on popular travel sites and gives you the added benefit of being able to redeem your reward credits for cash. For every 100 credits you redeem for cash, you will earn $0.50. So, if you have 70,000 credits earned in your account, you can redeem your credits for $350 in cash.

How will I know how much savings were generated from my guests?

In your account labeled “My Account” section on the site, you will see all of your invites and reservations made along with the savings they generated. Once they complete their reservation, your credits become active.

How do I redeem my credits for cash?

In your account labeled “My Account” section on the site, you can click on My Tool Box – Association Referral Redemption. Enter the quantity of credits you want to redeem and click submit. For every 100 credits you redeem, you will get back $0.50 in cash.

How long will it take to receive my reward check?

After you submit your credits to cash, it will take 60 days to process. Please allow 3-5 days in addition for shipping.

What hotels and resorts are available in My Plan It Traveler?

You will find over 400,000 hotels and resorts worldwide including familiar brands such as Hilton, Marriott, Sheraton, Holiday Inn, Wyndham, Choice, Ritz Carlton, plus many others.

What discounts will I receive on Cruises?

You will get huge cash-back rewards/rebates on all major cruise lines like Disney, Royal Caribbean, Norwegian Cruises, Carnival, Viking and others.

Is there a minimum stay required?

No. There is no minimum stay required and no blackout dates. You can stay for 1 night if you want.

Are there any additional fees?

Taxes and reservation fees are included in the price of your reservation. Resort fees, hotel parking and incidental charges if any, are displayed in the Terms and Conditions and will be collected by the hotel/resort.

Why would any hotel offer these super low rates?

Our business approach is quite different than a consumer travel site. Because we operate in a members-only wholesale club environment, our company passes along 100% of those wholesale rates we receive to our members to maximize savings and overall value.

Do I have to book online or can I speak to a live person?

You can book through our secure online platform or contact our customer support team directly. They’re available Mon-Fri: 9am – 9pm EST and Sat: 10am – 6pm EST. We also have a 24/7 emergency hotline.

Can my family and friends use my benefits?

We encourage you to share your passion for travel and earn money while doing so! Your premium membership allows you to provide friends and family with a free unlimited basic membership while earning huge cash-back rewards for every reservation they complete.

Can I use my hotel loyalty credits with my savings?

At this time, hotel loyalty credits are not able to be earned or combined with the savings because the rates we offer are at wholesale.

How long do I have to wait before my reservations are confirmed?

All inventory is live and available for booking a reservation. Once your credit card is charged, your reservation is confirmed and you will receive an email confirmation with your reservation information and confirmation number.  In addition, you will also find your reservation information in the “My Account” section of the site.

Can I cancel my membership?

You have a 30-day grace period during which you can cancel your membership as long as you do not book any vacations/hotels.

What if I want to change or cancel my reservation?

You have a 7-day grace period during which you can cancel your membership as long as you do not make any purchases/book any vacations/hotels.
